v4.3 (2026-03-10)
Welcome to AIVA news for version 4.3.
No major visible changes
There are no big new flashy features in this release, and we refuse to bother you with the technical stuff. So, you’ve just saved 5 minutes not reading these release notes, so why won’t you go make a new AIVA test instead?
But if you REALLY are such a geek to keep reading on...
There actually is one improvement for you: In the list of tests and modules and in batch runner, AIVA now remembers the sorting and page size that you choose. It’s stored in a cookie though – so you do need to accept at least the preference cookies for this to work. You can change your cookies preferences in a menu in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Based on user testing, we made test editing more noticeable by enlarging the plus icons between steps. We’ve also improved wording in a submenu and moved the delete trashcan icon further away from the border, so it won’t interfere with the plus icons.

Speaking of user testing, over the past couple of weeks, we’ve also been observing our new users’ first experiences with AIVA. Onboarding to the application proved to be relatively smooth, but, here and there, there were a few things that could be polished even more. For example, we would like to minimize all barriers to the first-time use – whether by providing a sandbox test page for test recording or by adjusting the scope of features available to users in guest mode so that they can try out the application without commitment.
Test result data – videos, images and debug logs are now preserved for 60 days. This should give you plenty of time to diagnose issues and observe patterns in recent history of your tests, while not too much to impose huge storage requirements on AIVA itself.
