Stuck, found a bug, or have an idea for AIVA? There are four ways to reach us. Pick the one that fits.
Report an issue or share feedback
Click Feedback in the page header (on a phone, it's in the navigation menu), or the feedback button in the bottom right corner. A dialog opens with two tabs:
- Report issue — for something that doesn't work as it should.
- Share feedback — for ideas, wishes and anything else you want to tell us.
Describe what happened, and add a screenshot with Take Screenshot or a file with Attach File if it helps. You can leave your email address if you'd like us to get back to you; we use it only to ask about your report.
Report a problem with one test step
If AIVA found or used the wrong element in a step, report it on that step: open the test run's results, select the step, and click Report an issue. The report includes data from that run, such as the images of the step, so we can see exactly what AIVA saw. You can mark where the click should have been with Select click position.
Ask the community on Discord
For quick questions, advice, or a chat with the AIVA team and other users, join the AIVA Discord server. You also find the link in AIVA under About → Contact (go there directly).

Ask the AIVA agent
If your workspace has the AIVA agent, ask it how to do something in AIVA: it can show you around and open the right page. It can't send feedback or a report for you, but it tells you where to do it.
